Why in-house control changes quality
One facility, one accountability
Every additional supplier in a manufacturing chain adds a boundary where a defect can be disowned. When molding, decoration and assembly sit with three companies, a cosmetic reject becomes a dispute about whose process caused it — and the investigation takes as long as the shipping between them.
Keeping all core steps on one floor means the investigation is a walk across the building.
Evidence, not assertion
Raw-material inspection and SGS-certified BPA-free / EU food-contact-safe testing are built into the standard process rather than run on request.
More than 200 active patents globally are evidence of sustained design and engineering investment over the company's 35+ year history.

Quality questions
Is DAPY Industries ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. We hold ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, all valid until 2028.
Have you passed an ethical or social-compliance audit?
Yes. We hold a SMETA ethical and social-compliance audit dated 2026, and SCAN security certification aligned with CTPAT standards — the supply-chain security programme most large importers require.
Do you subcontract any part of production?
No core manufacturing step is subcontracted. Tooling, molding, finishing, assembly and packing all happen on our own floor, so quality accountability stays with one facility rather than dividing at a supplier boundary.
How are incoming materials checked?
Raw-material inspection is built into the standard process, along with SGS-certified BPA-free and EU food-contact-safe testing. Every material in the library has an on-file spec sheet, SDS and prior production history.
What happens if a part fails inspection?
Because molding, finishing and assembly share a site, a defect is traced back to the process that caused it rather than to a shipment. Final QC sits immediately before packing, so problems are caught before parts leave the building.
