The opportunity

A proven platform, ready to support

Full-spectrum injection capability, one partner. 160–1,360 tons across 30 machines means DAPY can take on a client’s full part portfolio — from small, high-cavitation components to large structural parts — without splitting production across multiple vendors as a program scales.

Dedicated production capacity

Rapid onboarding of new programs, scalable growth and supply-chain continuity for OEM partners.

Diversified process base

Injection molding, over-molding, blow molding, aluminum fabrication and a full finishing suite — all in-house, all proven at scale.

Fast program onboarding

In-house mold development and a 200+ patent design history shorten the path from concept to first-article part.

Track record across categories

Decades of producing precision, brand-critical parts for the world’s most demanding clients.

What sets DAPY apart

Five injection differentiators that matter

01

Full-spectrum tonnage range

160–1,360 tons across 30 machines. One facility runs everything from high-cavitation tooling to large-format structural parts.

02

Dual-domain material expertise

Optical-clarity resins (Tritan, PCTG, acrylic) and glass-filled engineering resins (PBT+GF, POM) run in the same shop — a combination most contract molders don’t offer.

03

High-cavitation efficiency

30 machines support multi-cavity tooling for cost-efficient, high-volume small-part production.

04

Extreme wall thickness capability

Thick-section, heavy-wall parts are within standard capability, opening up structural and heavy-duty designs other molders turn away.

05

Tight tolerance across part classes

The same fleet holds precise, repeatable tolerances on both cosmetic, high-gloss consumer parts and structural, glass-filled engineering parts.

In-house finishing

Full decoration and secondary processing on-site

  • Vacuum plating / metallization
  • Laser engraving & etching
  • Hot stamping
  • Silk screen & pad printing
  • Spray painting in a fully enclosed, dust-free room
  • Ultrasonic welding

Fewer external vendors in the chain, tighter tolerance on color and decoration matching, and shorter lead times between molding and a packed, finished part.

FAQ

Injection molding, answered

Where is DAPY Industries located?

Our manufacturing facility is in Tainan City, Taiwan. Producing outside mainland China gives OEM partners a tariff-diversified, lower-risk supply route while keeping tooling and production under one roof.

What injection molding tonnage range do you offer?

We run 30 injection presses from 160 tons to 1,360 tons. That covers high-cavitation tooling for small parts through to large-format structural and OEM components, so a full part portfolio can sit with one supplier.

Do you build injection molds in-house?

Yes. Mold design, CNC machining, EDM, mold flow simulation, manual trial and fit-up, and ongoing maintenance are all done on-site. No third party sits in the critical path, and tools stay with us for their whole production life.

Which plastics and resins can you mold?

Our tested material library includes ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PP, PS, PMMA (acrylic), PET and rPET, CPET, IPET, AS, MS, TPE, TPR, Tritan, PCTG and glass-filled PBT. Optical-clarity resins and glass-filled engineering resins run in the same shop.

What secondary and finishing processes are available?

Vacuum metallization and plating, laser engraving and etching, hot stamping, silk screen and pad printing, spray painting in an enclosed dust-free room, and ultrasonic welding — all in-house, alongside five assembly lines.

Is DAPY Industries certified?

We hold ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environmental) and ISO 45001 (health and safety), all valid until 2028, plus SMETA ethical audit and SCAN security certification aligned with CTPAT standards. Raw-material inspection and SGS-certified BPA-free / EU food-contact testing are built into the standard process.

Can you take on an existing tool from another molder?

Yes. Tool transfers are a standard program type. Send the tool drawings and last-run parameters with your enquiry and we will come back on condition assessment, re-qualification and a route back into production.

What industries do you manufacture for?

Automotive, electronics, industrial, luxury and fashion, beverage, retail, home improvement and beauty — including parts for Target, LVMH, Bacardi, Pernod Ricard, Nestlé, TYC and John Lewis.

Send us a part. We’ll come back with a route to production.

Attach a drawing, STEP file or reference photo. We’ll respond with feasibility, tooling approach and an indicative lead time.
